 Welcome to the official website of Turun Uimarit

Turun Uimarit is a water polo club founded in 1956. All the teams in our club play on the highest level in Finland. During the last few years, we have focused strongly on our junior teams, which have resulted in numerous victories in Finnish championchip. Also our men's team is one of the best at the moment and it is fighting for the Finnish championchip victory every year. 

The teams in our club are highly interested in co-operation with foreign water polo clubs. We have excellent possibilities to offer our guests training time in our home pool. We are also our selves interested in travelling abroad to play with other water polo teams. 

Please don't hesitate to contact our club if you would like to visit us as our guest and train and spend some time with us. We will help you as well as we can with all the practical arrangements. You can also send us information on tournaments and other water polo events that our teams could participate.

Home pool 

The teams of Turun Uimarit train and play their home games in Impivaara Indoor Swimming Pool, Turku. The pool facilities consist of a large 50 m pool, a children's pool and a diving pool with spring boards and diving platforms. Other facilities at Impivaara Swimming Pool are a well-equipped gym, a cafeteria, meeting facilities and three bookable saunas.
